About BDG Win Support
BDG Win Support is an independent help centre. It is not the platform, holds no accounts, and is not run by the company behind the screens it describes.
What this help desk covers
Five topics: login help, forgot password, registration, the invitation code and the mobile app. Each article describes the platform's screens as they were read: the tab names, the placeholders inside the boxes, the password rule shown on the register form, and the notices that appear when something goes wrong.
How the articles were written
The screens were opened and read; nothing was submitted and no account was created. Where a screen did not load fully, such as the email tab of the register form, the article says so rather than guessing. When the platform changes a label, the guide will lag until it is re-read.
Why the headings say BDG Win
People search for BDG Win. The platform's own pages carry the title BDG Game. This site uses the searched name in its headings and the on-screen name when quoting what you will see.
