BDG Win login help
The BDG Game login screen's own instruction is: please log in with your phone number or email. This article covers each tab, the boxes on it, and what to check when Log in refuses you.
Which BDG Win login tab should I use?

Both tabs share the Password box, a Remember password tick and the buttons Log in and Register; the registration page covers the sign-up form.
How do I log in to BDG Win with my phone number?
- Select the Phone Number tab.
- Enter your mobile number without the +91 prefix the picker already shows.
- Type the password you set at sign-up.
- Press Log in. If the screen refuses you, the list below covers the usual causes.
Why does my BDG Win login fail?
- Wrong tab. A phone number in the Email / Account box, or the reverse, matches no account.
- Prefix twice. The +91 is already selected; do not repeat it in the number box.
- Password mix-up. Passwords here mix letters and numbers; a letters-only guess cannot be right.
- Locked. More than ten wrong passwords bring up a lock notice with Cancel and Contact customer service buttons; the forgot password page covers the way out.
How do I keep my BDG Win account safe?
- Tick Remember password only on a phone nobody else unlocks; on a shared device leave it clear.
- Use a password you use nowhere else, longer than the eight-character minimum if you can.
- Never type your password into a chat that claims to be support. The platform's own routes are on the support page.

Does the BDG Win login screen have a forgot password link?
Yes. Forgot password? sits just below Remember password on both tabs. The screen's own text says a forgotten password means contacting customer service; no automated reset form was seen.
Which language is the BDG Win login screen in?
English by default, with a selector labelled EN in the header.
Can I register from the BDG Win login screen?
Yes. A Register button sits beside Log in. Have the code from the invitation code page ready.
What appears once the BDG Win login goes through?
The home screen: a Welcome to BDG Game line, Download APP and Customer Service in the header, eight game tabs with Win Go, 5D, K3, Trx Win Go and MotoRace under Lottery, and a bottom bar of Home, Activity, Promotion and Account. A notification permission request also appears, as it does on every screen.
