BDG Win forgot password
No self-service reset form appeared on the login screen. The BDG Game login screen says it plainly: if you forget your password, please contact customer service.
What does the BDG Win Forgot password link do?
The Forgot password? link sits beneath the password box on both login tabs. No box for an SMS or email code goes with it; the screen's own instruction is that a forgotten password means contacting the platform's customer service, who handle password changes.
How do I recover a BDG Win password step by step?
- Tap Forgot password? on the login screen, or the Contact customer service button on the lock notice.
- Have ready the phone number or email the account was registered with.
- When you set the new password, follow the sign-up rule: letters and numbers, at least eight characters.
- Sign in again with it; login help shows which tab to use.
Why does BDG Win say my account has been locked?
The notice appears after more than ten wrong passwords. It says the account has been locked and asks you to use Forgot Password to set a new password, which unlocks it. Its two buttons are Cancel and Contact customer service.
Keep count: after two or three failed tries, stop and go to customer service before the tenth miss.
Check these before asking for a BDG Win reset
- The right tab: phone numbers under Phone Number, email addresses under Email / Account.
- The +91 prefix is not typed twice, and caps lock is off.
